Through the firm’s annual “Bus Tour”, Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen has made a concerted effort to visit some of the projects and sites worked on throughout our 26 years in business. This year's tour was extra special as we named the event in honor of our colleague, Eric "Mitty" Mittereder, who was deeply passionate about our work in affordable housing and community development. Eric loved the annual bus tour for its focus on our mission and the camaraderie it fostered within our team. The tour took us through the historic Bronzeville neighborhood, where we had the opportunity to engage with the clients and partners we’ve collaborated with on various projects in the area.
