Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen (A&TT) is excited to kick off the new year by once again partnering with the Illinois Housing Council to present an in-person LIHTC 101 Training. On January 26th, join a panel of A&TT developer, investor, and tax attorneys to learn the basics of the low-income housing tax credit. This panel will cover fundamental concepts and requirements of the 4% and 9% LIHTC, including tax credit allocation and calculation. This event is $75 for Illinois Housing Council members and $125 for non-members.
