We are excited to invite you to a training session on the Home Investment Partnerships Program - American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP). This program, established by the American Rescue Plan Act passed by Congress in March 2021, aims to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability across the country. In April 2021, the Department of Housing and Urban Development allocated HOME-ARP funds to 651 Participating Jurisdictions for various activities, including:
- Non-congregate shelter ("NCS") development;
- Rental housing development;
- Supportive services in conjunction with HOME-ARP NCS or rental housing;
- Nonprofit operating and capacity building assistance.
To ensure that you are well-informed and equipped to make the most of the HOME-ARP program, we cordially invite you to attend a training session scheduled for Thursday, July 27th at 12pm.
