Career Overview:
Current Focus: My practice is focused on New Markets Tax Credit-financed transactions, where I represent borrowers, lenders and investors seeking to finance development projects that revitalize and strengthen our communities.
Prior to joining the firm, I represented lenders, investors and developers seeking to finance the development, construction and operation of energy and infrastructure projects. Before law school, I worked as a public policy analyst and advocate for two different non-profit organizations, where I researched and advocated for improvements to various federal, state and local programs in the areas of housing, health care, education and economic mobility.
