Commitment to Clients and Community
Alison is a member of the firm’s Tax team. She focuses her practice on representing investors and developers in projects financed with low-income housing tax credits, energy tax credits, new markets tax credits, and historic tax credits, as well as advising on taxation and structuring for tax-exempt entities. As a geography major in college, Alison studied how cities and communities shape our livelihoods and became interested in how to create greater access to housing and promote community development.
Career Overview
Current Focus: My practice is focused on assisting clients seeking to finance and develop affordable housing and community development projects using tax credits and bonds. Prior to joining ATT, I represented tax-exempt nonprofits on a wide array of legal issues. I also have experience in corporate tax, primarily in transactions with real estate investment trusts.
